Arrive in Delhi and check in at Hotel Saptagiri near Mahipalpur, conveniently located close to the airport. Early morning around 3 AM on 11th February, transfer to Delhi Airport Terminal T1 for your Indigo flight to Madurai scheduled at 0535 hrs.
Arrive at Madurai Airport at 0840 hrs by Indigo flight from Delhi. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for check-in and relaxation. Later, proceed to explore Madurai, the cultural capital of Tamil Nadu situated on the banks of the Vaigai River. Visit the world-famous Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple, renowned for its colorful Dravidian architecture and towering gopurams. Evening is free for shopping in the lively heritage markets of Madurai.
After breakfast, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Madurai covering Tirumalai Nayak Palace, Gandhi Museum, and St. Mary’s Church, one of the oldest Roman Catholic churches in India. Later, visit Alagar Koil Temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu, located amidst the scenic Alagar Hills.
After breakfast, drive towards Kodaikanal, one of Tamil Nadu’s most beautiful hill stations known for its cool climate, rolling hills, forests, and scenic landscapes. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax. Evening is free for leisure and shopping in the local markets.
After breakfast, enjoy sightseeing in Kodaikanal covering Kodai Lake, Berijam Lake, Kurinji Andavar Temple, waterfalls, Solar Observatory, Coaker’s Walk, and Telescope House. The scenic beauty and mist-covered hills make Kodaikanal one of South India’s most charming destinations.
After breakfast, proceed towards the sacred pilgrimage town of Rameswaram located on Pamban Island. Upon arrival, visit the famous Sri Ramanathaswamy Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, known for its magnificent corridors and sacred water tanks.
After breakfast, explore the important attractions of Rameswaram including Agni Theertham, Dhanushkodi Beach, and the iconic Pamban Bridge – India’s first sea bridge. Witness the spectacular meeting point of the Bay of Bengal and the Indian Ocean near Dhanushkodi.
After breakfast, drive towards Kanyakumari, the southernmost tip of mainland India. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax. In the evening, enjoy the spectacular sunset views at Kanyakumari where the Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal, and Indian Ocean meet.
After breakfast, visit famous attractions of Kanyakumari including Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Thiruvalluvar Statue, Gandhi Memorial, Bhagavathy Amman Temple, Observation Tower, and Mathur Aqueduct. Later, proceed towards Trivandrum with enroute visits to Kovalam or Poovar Beach. Evening arrival in Trivandrum and hotel check-in.
After breakfast, enjoy sightseeing in Trivandrum including the famous Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple, one of the richest and most revered Vishnu temples in India. Later, visit Attukal Bhagavathy Temple and explore local markets and city attractions.
