Itinerary
At 0700 hrs, pick up from Rajkot Hotel and proceed towards Dwarka with an enroute visit to the famous Bala Hanuman Temple in Jamnagar. The temple is renowned worldwide for its uninterrupted chanting of “Jai Ram Shri Ram” since 1964, earning a place in the Guinness Book of World Records. Continue your drive to Dwarka and check in to the hotel. In the evening, attend the divine Aarti Darshan at the sacred Dwarkadhish Temple dedicated to Lord Krishna.
After breakfast, proceed towards Porbandar and visit Kirti Mandir, the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi, along with Sudama Temple and Gandhi Museum. Later, continue your drive to Somnath and visit the magnificent Somnath Temple, one of the twelve sacred Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. Also visit Bhalka Tirtha and Triveni Ghat. In the evening, attend the spiritual Aarti ceremony at Somnath Temple followed by the spectacular Light and Sound Show.
After breakfast, drive towards Diu, a beautiful coastal destination known for its beaches, Portuguese architecture, and peaceful atmosphere. Upon arrival, explore famous attractions including St. Paul’s Church and the historic Diu Fort overlooking the Arabian Sea. The church is renowned for its magnificent wood carvings and Portuguese Gothic architecture. Evening is free to relax at the beach and enjoy the calm coastal surroundings.
After breakfast, drive towards Sasan Gir, the famous wildlife sanctuary and the last natural habitat of the Asiatic Lion. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and later enjoy an exciting evening safari at Gir National Park (subject to prior permissions and seasonal operations). Apart from Asiatic lions, the sanctuary is also home to leopards, deer, antelopes, jackals, hyenas, and numerous bird species.
After breakfast, drive towards Rajkot Airport for your flight departure at 1500 hrs to Bangalore, carrying unforgettable memories of Gujarat’s sacred temples, coastal beauty, historic towns, and wildlife adventures.
